The Rez offers on two houses in two floors, no elevator. It consists of:

- 40 rooms
- 8 toilets
- 8 bathrooms
- 2 kitchens
- garden
- 2 common rooms with TV (DVD, VHS) and free internet (WiFi)

The home safety is ensured by access control. This is an entry code.
